1. Who we are

WolfPack Home Services is a Calgary-based home services company owned and operated by Robert Ordish, Red Seal Journeyman Roofer. We serve the Greater Calgary Area.

2. What information we collect

When you contact us through this website, a phone call, a text message, an email, or a referral, we collect only the information you choose to share with us:

• Your name
• Your phone number and / or email address
• Your service address (so we can quote and schedule the job)
• A description of the work you need
• Photos you choose to send us

We do not run any third-party advertising trackers, behavioural pixels, or session replay tools on this site.

3. How we use it

Your information is used only to:

• Reply to your enquiry with a quote, a question, or a scheduling proposal
• Perform the work you have hired us for
• Send you an invoice, a receipt, or follow-up service reminders
• Keep a record of past jobs so we can give you informed advice on future ones

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of WolfPack Home Services. We do not send marketing email beyond an occasional seasonal reminder, and any such message includes an unsubscribe link.

4. How we store it

Quote requests and customer records are stored on a private server operated by WolfPack Home Services, accessed only by Robert and a narrow set of automated tools that exist solely to schedule, quote, invoice, and follow up on your job. Email is handled through Google Workspace. Payment processing is handled through Square; we do not store your credit card number ourselves.

5. Cookies

This website uses only the minimum cookies required for the page to render. We do not set tracking cookies for analytics or advertising.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request to robert@wolfpack-home-services.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. The current version is always the one published here.
